Our Foot Care program will provide you with comfort, the sense of well-being and indeed, the beauty that comes through by looking after your feet. Our nurses that provide this service have completed a comprehensive Advanced Footcare Training program and use the latest technology.
Alzheimer's and Dementia Care:
Alzheimer's disease and related dementias are the most demanding of chronic disease affecting the elder population. We Care's Alzheimer and dementia program caters to the individual's needs as they progress through the various stages of the disease. Within the first stage of Alzheimer's our primary goal is to improve the quality of life and to keep the client as mentally active as possible. During the middle stage, we focus on providing a personalized routine within a safe environment and continue to engage and assist the client in various activities. The late stage of our dementia program is focussed on providing personal care throughout the day while providing reassurance during periods of restlessness and anxiety. We Care also provides end of life care at this stage for our clients.

A survey by the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association shows that a majority of Canadians choose to die at home. This is reflected in the rapid growth in the demand for palliative care services.
Our goal with the We Care Palliative Care program is to help relieve the suffering and improve the quality of dying by supporting the clients and their families through this process. Our team of experts is equipped to respond quickly and have enhanced clinical skills to meet any unexpected needs.
