| Description |
We are looking for Care Aides to take care of a variety of clients and a variety of tasks. We Care prides ourselves on having an extremely good workplace and that you are able to work with the same clients on a consistent basis in a friendly, stress-free environment. Just ask any of our staff! |
| Experience |
For the Care Aide positions, we require an RCA or LTCA certificate. Some of our staff have joined us straight out of school, while others have decided that they don't like the rat race which they may have found in other health care institutions, Still others are semi-retired but want to continue on a part-time basis. So experience varies, and we look at each applicant on an individual basis. |
| Qualifications |
We are looking for people with an LTCA or RCA certificate. |
| Compensation |
We offer competative starting wages. Compensation is on an hourly basis and will depend on your experience and education. We offer a benefit plan and paid mileage to distant clients. |
| Other info |
We offer flexible schedules that can often be adapted to any special needs, whether full-time or part-time, during the day or evenings and/or weekends. And apart from time sheets, we take care of all administration from our main office in Courtenay! |
