We Care Home Health Services in Kelowna has been serving the community since 1991 and have created a culture of exceeding the clients expectations. Our team consists of Registered Nurses (RN), Health Care Aides (HCA), and other professional and para-professional staff. It is our objective to assist clients to remain in their homes and community as long as they choose. Our staff are conscious of the multi-cultural and multi-religious nature of the community in which we serve. Care can be provided to meet language, dietary and social needs. We welcome your requests for information on available services that meet your unique needs, and we gladly offer a free in home assessment to discuss your care requirements.
