• Brain Injury Care
  We work with individuals with brain injuries and their families while they transition from acute and/or rehab care institutions to a manageable home environment. Offering a variety of services, our specially trained Support Workers have the knowledge to anticipate and address the challenges that clients with brain injuries face.
