Welcome to We Care Home Health Services Penticton! Penticton is one of over 50 independently owned and operated offices throughout Canada. We Care Penticton has been in operation since 1995 and the owners have been with We Care since 1991.
We serve a large geographical area from Summerland south all the way to the US border and west to Princeton including Naramata, Kaleeden, OK Falls, Oliver, Osoyoos and surrounding areas. We Care is well respected within the health and social service community for its adherence to quality and personalized care.
We Care is unique in that we have created comprehensive systems for delivering high quality care in an efficient manner, and are a recognized leader in our approach to employee relations. We Care earned accreditation by CCHSA (Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation) in 2001, and was successfully renewed in 2007. This accreditation means that our company standards were reviewed against a national set of standards for home care services.
We employ registered nurses (RN) License Practical Nurses (LPN) and home support staff, included Personal Support Workers (PSW), Health Care Aides, Residential Care Aides and others with training and experience in palliative care, post surgical and post trauma care, brain injury, dementia care, child care, respite care, personal care and companionship.
Our staff are carefully screened, orientated and given continual training and supervision. We Care is committed to providing community centered care that respects the individual at all times. Our objectives are to have consistency of care for our clients and above all client and staff safety and satisfaction.
