We are also accredited by Accreditation Canada. Before starting services, our Client Care Manager, who is a certified Registered Nurse (RN), completes a free in home assessment. The information provided is used to develop a care plan for your loved one.
After the initial assessment our Nurses continue to follow up on a regular schedule to ensure proper care is being provided according to the Care Plan.
