We Care Toronto has been providing home support and nursing services to the Toronto area since 1992. We have been accreditated by the Accreditation Canada (AC) since 2002. Our accreditation was renewed in 2007 and again we were granted full accreditation - a testiment to our dedication to providing quality service to our clients.
Our services are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to assist you in caring for your loved one. We can provide services in your home, in the hospital, in long term care facilities as well as retirement residences.
We Care Toronto provides wellness clinics such as Diabetes Screening, Cholesterol Screening, and Osteoporosis Screening in the workplace as well as in the community setting, such as pharmacies.
We Care Toronto provides foot care services to seniors apartments, retirement facilities, pharmacies, and private homes, as well as in our new foot care clinic in our office.
