This award was named after Roslyn Cabot who was the Franchise owner and Director in the Montreal office. Rosyln passed away in 2008 and we have named the award after her to honor her commitment and dedication to We Care and the clients in the community. This award is given to an outstanding employee for their contribution to the We Care team and say, "Thanks, you make a difference".
