Health At Home Services

Our services range from Companion Care through to Personal Care and Nursing – everything from keeping you company and helping with light housekeeping to administering medications and changing dressings on wounds. We also offer our caregivers specialized training in Acquired Brain Injury Care, Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care, End of Life (Palliative) Care and Diabetes Care. All of these services are available in home or wherever someone is living – such as a retirement home or long-term care community.

Personal Care
We Care provides personal support for everyday activities such as getting in and out of bed, bathing and dressing, to dental hygiene or grooming.

Home Making
This service provides assistance with the day-to-day tasks that are required in the upkeep of a household, including dusting and cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.

Nursing
Our qualified personnel are available to assist with administering medication, changing dressings, intravenous therapy, pain and symptom management, chronic disease management and therapy, foot care, ventilator care, and serious injury care.

Foot Care
We also have Nurses who are able to provide advanced foot care. Regular foot care will significantly improve comfort, mobility and the general health of your feet. This is particularly important for people with diabetes because regular foot care can prevent problems and assist in early identification and care if problems do occur.

Accompanied Visits
We are available to accompany and/or transport your loved ones to personal or doctor’s appointments, religious or cultural events, shopping or even an unplanned outing.

Pediatric Care
We Care can provide care for special needs children of all ages, from newborns through adolescence.

Caregiver Relief We are dedicated to providing relief for family caregivers – from a few hours a day to around the clock care. Our caregivers are trained to tend to the needs of your loved ones while you attend to other responsibilities and obligations, or just put your feet up and relax for a while to rejuvenate.

Live-in Care If there is ever a time you require constant support, our Caregivers will provide the personal and domestic care, and the companionship you need on an around-the-clock basis.
